Rollacrit’s Shipping Policy | How Shipping Works
General Shipping Info
- Orders ship Monday-Friday (aside from Holidays) out of our warehouse from Mount Rollacrit in the mountainous region in the realm of Delaware and can take 1-3 business days to process.
- Some items may need to ship separately or arrive at later times (including Forged on Request merchandise, which is crafted by trolls, is shipped out after the estimated production time listed on each of their product pages).
- Some items can't be shipped internationally; others can't fly through the sky. Some may burn up when entering the atmosphere. See the page for the product you're interested in for full details.
How to Track Your Order
Once we ship your order, you’ll be sent an email from the carrier. You can use that information to track your package.
If you have a Forged on Request item, you will be provided separate tracking when those items ship.
What if my items arrive damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the condition and send an email to Rollacrit at Support@Rollacrit.com. We’ll assist you with a replacement.
