Rollacrit’s Refund Policy | How To Return Merchandise

Need to make a return? No need to travel all the way to Baldur’s Gate to make it happen. Just read the information below.  

Return Policy

• We accept returns of most products within 30 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
• Forged on Request orders may only be returned if there is a print defect. (Forged on Request items are noted in the product's description.)
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• In order to make a return, you must first contact our customer service team at support@Rollacrit.com with a detailed reason for why you are making the return.
• Returned items must be unopened, and in the original condition—including tags, booklets, and labels.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 20 business days after we have received the item.
• Some products may incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your qualified refund amount.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

Nonreturnable Items

We cannot accept any returns for the following types of items: food products, undergarments, swimwear, blind box items, giveaways, and other items as noted on the product page. If you discover that your item is, in fact, a mimic - Kill it and send us it remains. If you do not kill it, you will incur a 15% restocking fee.
