Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
In order to make a return, you must first contact our customer service team at support@Rollacrit.com with a detailed reason for why you are making the return.
Returned items must be unopened, and in the original condition—including tags, booklets, and labels.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 20 business days after we have received the item.
Some products may incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your qualified refund amount.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.
We cannot accept any returns for the following types of items: food products, undergarments, swimwear, blind box items, giveaways, and other items as noted on the product page. If you discover that your item is, in fact, a mimic - Kill it and send us it remains. If you do not kill it, you will incur a 15% restocking fee.
