We knew people were excited to come back to a “typical” Gen Con experience but wow, did you all show up and exceed those expectations. Your enthusiasm started in full force on Wednesday before the show was even open and it didn’t let up until the show floor closed on Sunday. Even after waiting in line, your enthusiasm when you got to the registers was still there. We are blown away by the number of fans and support we received last week and we’re grateful for the opportunity to provide Gen Con fans with merchandise they love. We can’t say it enough: Thank you.
We’re also listening to the feedback you provided us during the week and continue to share post-Gen Con. We’ll continue to tweak our product offerings and look at ways to make your Gen Con shopping experience an enjoyable one. For those of you who want to keep Gen Con going, don’t worry, we do too! We’ll be sending out an email next week with an updated inventory for you to shop through and purchase (for items that weren’t exclusive to the in-person show).
