Do I need to sign up for an account to place an order?
No. But trust us, you’ll want to. If you create an account, you’ll be able to view your order status, see when it ships, and view your order history.
Where is your warehouse located?
Mount Rollacrit is located in the mysterious and ruthless - yet quaint - region of Delaware. However the trolls that run Tircallor, the cave dwellings under Mount Rollacrit, have extended their reach thoughout the Earth to better serve you!
Only part of my order came in the package I received. Where’s the rest of my stuff?
Your shipment might arrive in several packages if one of your items was "Forged on Request." We do this for a few reasons:
- Some of the items we sell are "Forged on Request" so that we can offer you more wares than we can fit in Mount Rollacrit.
- Items that are handforged by our creative trolls will feature the estimated crafting time in the product descriptions.
- Forged on Request items will take the estimated crafting time to create even if you’ve picked faster shipping.
- When the creative trolls are finished handcrafting your unique items, they send them to the box trolls to package it all up and give it to Würfel's team to ship in the method you requested (aka dragon speed, land dragons, or TrollPost).

If your items don’t arrive all at once, or if you only have part of your order delivered, don’t worry. We haven’t forgotten about your precious quest items. I placed an order and realized my address is incorrect. Can I change it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, your shipping address cannot be changed. Please double check to make sure your address is correct before you complete the checkout process.
When will I receive my order and how can I track my order?
We ship our orders Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays), and they can take 1-3 business days to process. Depending on where you live and the shipping method you requested, your order may take up to two weeks to arrive domestically, and longer if shipping outside of the USA.
Orders with items that are "Forged on Request" will provide tracking one the trolls have complete the crafting process and taken the item to Würfel's team. To learn more about this process please read about our "Item Crafting" process.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
We’re very sorry that happened. Please contact our customer service team at support@Rollacrit.com and we’ll make sure to correct the issue.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment including: credit and debit cards, PayPal and gold pieces. Please contact us in advance before sending us gold.
