General Shipping Info

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday (aside from Holidays) out of our warehouse from Mount Rollacrit in the mountainous region in the realm of West Virginia and can take 1-3 business days to process in addition to the shipping estimate you're provided at checkout.
  • Shipping times given are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Some items may need to ship separately or arrive at later times (including Forged on Request merchandise, which is crafted by trolls, is shipped out after the estimated production time listed on each of their product pages).
  • Some items can't be shipped internationally; others can't fly through the sky. Some may burn up when entering the atmosphere. See the page for the product you're interested in for full details.
  • We strive to ensure your order arrives safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after they leave our facility. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, as we are unable to guarantee delivery or provide replacements for orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Shipping to Canada

  • Please note that when placing an order to be shipped to Canada, you will be responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees. These are fees charged by the Canadian government, and are usually levied at time of delivery. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping we charge in checkout.
  • We currently cannot ship orders to Canadian PO Boxes.

How to Track Your Order

Once we ship your order, you’ll be sent an email from the carrier. You can use that information to track your package.

If you have a Forged on Request item, you will be provided separate tracking when those items ship.

What if my items arrive damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the condition and send an email to Rollacrit at Support@Rollacrit.com. We’ll assist you with a replacement.
