Three New Heroes of Barcadia Releases Are LIVE!

Adventurers, the dungeon just got a whole lot bigger. We’re announcing not one, not two, but THREE exciting new releases for Heroes of Barcadia! But before we jump into what’s new, let’s set the stage. What is Heroes of Barcadia?In this pun-filled dungeon crawl, a group of mischievous monsters has stolen every last drink in the land and locked them away inside an ever-changing dungeon. It’s up to you and your fellow adventurers to fight through the dungeon, claim Power-Ups, and use Loot Cards to outwit your rivals as you race to reclaim the Drink Hoard from the Grand Drink Guardian. Designed for 2–6 players, Heroes of Barcadia uses the Liquid Life System™, meaning your character’s health is measured by the drink in your cup (what’s inside is entirely up to you).

Reinforcements Arrive: Heroes for Hire

Now that the stage is set, it’s time to introduce Heroes of Barcadia: Heroes for Hire! Sometimes the dungeon is just too tough for the same old crew. That’s why four brand-new heroes are stepping into the fray, each with their own unique abilities and personalities.

But wait… there’s more! Other Kickstarter goodies like the Die of Barcane Chaos, the Sword of Revealment 6-Pack, and Voodoo Ranger are also available on our website. If you missed the campaign, consider this your second chance to arm yourself and rally your party!

A Sticky Situation: Booze Ooze Invasion

But beware… the dungeon just got a lot stickier. The Booze Ooze Invasion Expansion has slithered its way onto our website! This expansion pack introduces roaming ooze tokens that move across the board, blocking paths, ambushing heroes, and turning the simplest of dungeon crawls into the stickiest of situations.

Players can use special Loot Cards to drop oozes into their opponents’ paths, but be careful, they can ooze back! If you start your turn in a room with an ooze, roll a d20. On a 10 or higher, the ooze is removed, and you draw a Loot card. On a 9 or lower, you take 5 HP damage. You also take 5 HP any time you enter a room with an ooze, or if one slides into your room unexpectedly.
